Quiet hotel close to Leeds Arena so very convenient. Lovely young lady on day reception but night staff never even acknowledged our evening returns to the hotel. Overall nice experience but rooms were smaller than expected. Free coffee etc in reception a very welcomed bonus.

Stayed for one night, only needed a room for the bathroom and bed! This was our 2nd stay here, would recommend every time. Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is available but we did not have a breakfast on this occasion.

A very good nights sleep

I thought it would be quite a noisy hotel being in the city centre and being placed on the second floor. Busy bank holiday weekend lots of revellers. I finished work quite late so I just wanted to get a shower and go to my bed. Fabulous soundproofing,

The hotel is basic and it honestly wasn’t even with what we paid for. There were several holes in the bedding and the toilet roll holder was broken. The fire alarm went off at 2:40 in the morning which is no one’s fault however there was absolutely no guidance or explanation from the staff to ensure safety of the residents. We were stood in the wrong spot for fire assembly for 20 minutes and it was only another resident who said we were in the wrong spot. No reassurance from staff or any sort of control of the crowd of people stood outside at 3am who kept wondering to the wrong places because again, there was no appropriate intervention from staff whatsoever which is a safety concern. Will not be staying again.

Great clean stay in the city

Well positioned hotel- in the city centre but not noisy at all. Big comfy bed and the air conditioning was great. It was very clean and the bathroom pristine. Tea and coffee in the room- but no fridge. Didn’t try brekfast but good value to have it included for 2 for the price. Also coffee machine in lobby to use when you liked. The young woman who checked me in was really helpful and friendly. Parking£10 a day- not bad compared to other £20/30 charges elsewhere. Only thing is I had 2 small towels and no larger ones for a 3 day stay.

Fine for a few nights

Stayed for two weeks while working in the area. This hotel has no onsite parking, it’s a shopping centre car park near by. The bed was comfortable enough. The room was clean. Very well served for restaurants and takeaways.
