It’s a 3 star hotel, but nicely budget built & designed. So nice for the price. Quiet room overlooking the outdoor AC units. I guess the other decent views were taken? Didn’t try spa or gym.

Great not so great.

The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The rooms are also beautiful and clean; however, I have stayed here three times and each time the rooms have been very warm at night. I have had to go purchase a fan to cool off the room. The spa is beautiful, the bar has fantastic drinks and service. However, two nights in a row we had a somewhat large party with at least 6 open tabs at the bar and for some reason the bar tenders decided they would just combine all the open tabs to one. Never told us until it was time to pay the bill. We complained the first night it happened and then it happened again the second night.

They have so many events that parking is a disaster on the weekends. However, that's because it's one of the nicer places in the area. Trendy and clean. Great food and bar, although bar staff is a little overwhelmed (again, too popular!).
