Beautiful hotel! The bed was comfortable with very soft and cozy linens. The drinks at the bar and bar staff were top notch! It was nice having live music to listen to.

Check- in and staff were top notch! We will definitely return. Unfortunately furniture was being moved on the 3rd floor above us for over 2 hours, going past 10:00pm. Not acceptable! Hopefully that is not something that staff does often.

Supposed to be premium hotel but they let dirty dogs all over it. I was on 6th floor and all 3 rooms next to me were stinky dogs barking, whole hallway stunk When i complained to front desk i was told yes they are dog hotel but only first few floors but people do sneak dogs up. I got no refund, no nothing. Beware staying here if you have asthma, or any health issues to dirty dogs. This is most expensive hotel in brownwood, dont recommend

We have stayed at the Brownwood multiple times. Its a great location for visiting relatives in the Villages. The whole facility is modern, up-to-date and well maintained. The staff is always helpful and polite. The rooms are nicely appointed and always clean.

Hotel is beautiful, very clean and spacious rooms. Check in was a breeze, they had our room ready early. Nice staff, easy parking. Food at Wolfgang Puck restaurant was great. There are many other dining options 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Just finished an incredible stay and can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The décor is stunning and thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that feels both modern and welcoming. The staff was exceptional from start to finish, consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. A major highlight was having the Wolfgang Puck restaurant on-site — the food was outstanding and truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a first-class stay.
