Excellent stay for the value. Me and my fiancé were in the area for a night for a wedding and this was a cheaper option than what was offered by the wedding website. All the positive reviews don’t lie: the rooms were clean and modern, beds were very comfy, and rooms were quiet. Front desk staff was very nice. Parking was easy and I felt very safe. Do not let the Red Roof Inn name deter you from staying here. This was as good as any nearby competitor hotel for a fraction of the cost!

Scott, at the desk, was awesome. His knowledge of the area was spot on and he had great recomendations during our stay. The hotel was clean, well kept, and very quiet for being right by the road. Close to local destinations and the 45 mile bike path was directly behind us!!!! That was a huge surprise and bonus for us.

Refund for one day due to mom dying

Our stay went very well the first night. Scott was amazing, the rooms very clean, and everything in working order. Thursday I went for my medical appointment the reason I had to be in Virginia and received a call that my mom passed away so we needed to leave Friday instead of Saturday. We asked about refund because of that and manager said no. We booked it through 3rd party non refundable. However I contacted Hotels.com and explained to them what had happened and as of today they still are working on Redroof to see if we can’t get a one day refund. This was a very unforeseen circumstance so I truly believe it should be taken into account definitely. Something that was out of our control and being 500+ miles away we needed to be back home with my family.

Pleasure trip to Shenandoah valley area

Overall good experience. Check in was great / personable friendly service. Room furniture was up to date, bed comfortable, quiet except for maids across hallway were loud after check-in but that didn't last long time I would definitely stay here in future
