The construction complex of 4 independent residences, is found in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. In an area full of pine and cypress trees, next to Agios Nikitas village and overlooking the famous “Kathisma” beach.
Each residence is fully independent and enjoys clear view to the blue Ionian waters and stunning sunsets.
The Villas are divided into two levels. The upper level has a comfortable living room, a fireplace, a dining room, bathroom and a large veranda. Above the living room there is an open loft which communicates with internal wooden ladder. The lower level has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom.
The architecture of the complex is fully aesthetically adapted to the environment and is based on traditional and local features.
