VILLAS MIRO consists of 2 villas - Villa Kastos and Villa Kalamos - immersed in a 16 000m2 land, with a private parking lot and direct access to the sea. The villas are distant 50m from each other, and therefore are offering a comfortable connection between each other - in just a few steps; at the same time providing privacy as they are oriented differently from each other.

Each villa has 2 floors that can be used as two independent apartments, allowing comfortable accommodation for families or a group of friends.
Each floor is fully equipped and furnished with, among others, a colour TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, air conditioning, internet access, a washing machine, and a full-optional modern kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and a microwave oven.
Each villa has its own infinity pool seized 7,50m x 3,50 m and 1-1,80m deep with beautiful outdoor relaxation areas.

Villa Kastos

The villa is composed of 2 floors, which can also be employed as two independent apartments. Each floor has a luminous living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, two sleeping rooms with double beds and a sea view, two bathrooms and a cosy terrace. The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, so each floor can adequately host up to 6 guests.
A patio around the villa is equipped with BBQ and all you need for unforgettable dinners around the infinity pool. An outside shower allows you to enjoy the amazing Sivota Bay view while the sun sets for the night.

Villa Kalamos

Each of the 2 floors of the villa (also employable as an independent apartment) has a living room, one sleeping room with a double bed and sea view, a bathroom and a terrace. A comfortable sofa bed installed in the living room make each floor suitable for up to 4 guests.

VILLAS MIRO are located just 1,5km from the village of Sivota. Sivota was originally a home of traditional Greek fishermen families who today are offering a different range of services such as fine taverns, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8 am until 12 am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5-8 min). There is a brand new asphalt road connecting the villa and Sivota village, built-in 2020.
