In a very quiet location, on an idyllic enclosed garden plot, this house is within walking distance to the bay beach. The ocean beach is also accessible on foot through the pine forest. The house has a wonderful surrounding wooden terrace, with an inviting spacious terrace behind the house. Overall, the house is very comfortable and very well equipped. Living room with Wifi, TV and sitting area. American kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1.60m double bed and 3 bedrooms with 1.40m double bed. 4 bathrooms (1x with bath and shower, 3x shower room, 4 toilets). Three of the bedrooms have a private adjoining bath. Very idyllic outdoor area with garden furniture, plancha and parking on the property.

A wonderful property in a quiet place

We had a fabulous time. A very quiet neighborhood close to the beach "La Torchère", 5 min away from La Vigne for quick shopping, and 10 min from Cap Ferret village for touristic activities. The house is big, a room for every kid, working Internet, washing machines, full fledge kitchen, and a beautiful terrace all around so you can move during the day to the best spot of the moment. We used the 'plancha' many time to grill meat, fish, prawns, zucchini, etc- what a nice discovery!

Très belle location, fonctionnelle, idéalement située

Villa tout confort, terrain superbe, cadre idyllique. Idéal pour 2 familles ou un séjour 3 couples. Dommage de ne pas avoir une des chambres avec 2 lits simples. Un micro-ondes serait bienvenu. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et y retournerons avec plaisir.
