This hotel is absolutely amazing. I booked it twice during the same trip. I initially extended my Bali visa and tried to extend my stay here but it was booked up for those days so I left, went somewhere else for a few days then came right back once rooms were available again. I travelled with my toddler and this was such a lovely stay. VERY CLEAN rooms and building overall is clean. AMAZING staff, all very warm, friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, a wide variety of options plus restaurant and bar on site. Nice pool with also a kiddie pool. This place brought me peace, joy and comfort. I highly recommend and will be back again during my next trip to Bali. Thank you Bliss Surfer, you were outstanding.

I had 4 rooms for a family of 7 rooms are clean and presentable. If we had any issues the were delt with promptly. Restaurant food was good and staff outstanding couldn't be more helpful especially when my youngest loves tomato sauce. Pool are was clean and very chilled out to relax.

Lovely stay for the price it’s almost perfect but if I were to provide honest feedback, I found some of the staff weren’t as friendly as I was use too others made up for it, a little slow on any requests if possibly non existent lol however room was lovely I did request a quite room after reading reviews and was quite pleased I did, i had a ground floor room on a very quiet side of the hotel with quiet garden like area, pool area well presented and breakfast was included so for the price I give it 5 stars but it’s an honest review of specific topics. Area just outside busier part of legian

Great hotel

Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly and approachable. Code enough to walk to the beach and many restaurants if you want to eat out. I also had a treatment in the spa, which was very nice.

Wifi was bad, no sun on the pool after 12:00, cleaning rooms was a challenge as no planning, breakfast was average. Location is good and stuff, even sometimes hard to communicate with them, were great and supportive.

Beautiful place for a basic short stay. Location is perfect. Surfer theme is really fun. Cafe/restaurant is very convenient. Staff are so lovely. Only issue we had, it seems like potentially another guest was smoking near the air conditioning vent because we continued to smell cigarette smoke coming through to our room. The staff offered to have an engineer clean the vents but we suspected this wasn’t the issue; it was a guest choosing to smoke in a certain spot

Good value for money. Bit noisy there. Sometimes sounded like you were staying in a hospital and mornings were especially noisy from outside. Went to extend our stay due to the cheap prices and found it was $10 cheaper a night to book through Expedia than directly with the hotel which was a surprise.
