The absolute best hotel in Bali. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the resort is gorgeous with stunning gardens and Koi ponds, but the pools are the real gem with so many options from the main pool to the Skai Bar pool, the lagoon which leads to the children’s pool and also the adults only pool, we tried them all and enjoyed each one. One of the best Mie Goreng’s I had was at the hotel and the breakfast was amazing. With so much close by everything was within walking distance but if you wished to go further out and sightseeing there were transport options for every taste right outside the hotel. I won’t be staying anywhere else on our yearly family vacation.

Alit and bohdie bar from the infinity pool 2 very funny and attentive staff members our drinks were never empty and nothing was a hassle and our beautiful room cleaner rotti making us towel animals daily and keeping our room stocked and fresh thank you all for making my husbands first trip to bali unforgetable... we will be back next year

I’ve stayed here 6 times. It’s always been really good. Try and get to breakfast before 9am otherwise you’ll need to queue. Staff are always friendly. I’ll be back again later in the year.

Had a great stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, with lots of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We've stayed at the Padma in their beautiful garden club chalets four or five times, and every time, we've been impressed with the service and the staff. The gardens are fantastic, filled with frangipani trees and fish ponds stocked with koi (and some turtles). The sculptures in the gardens are also amazing.
