The home is absolutely beautiful! Brian and Sarah were both very quick to answer any questions we have had! This was our 3rd stay in their home!! It is always a pleasant visit!! The house is well equipped with any and everything any one would need! The furniture is very comfortable! The rooms are spacious! We absolutely love staying at this home! The salt water pool is AMAZING!! All the pool furniture is very comfortable as well! We will definitely be returning if the house if available! BEAUTIFUL RELAXING HOME!!

This home is very clean, and comfortable! My family and I stayed for 8 days and we had a wonderful time! The pool is awesome and there are more than enough pool toys and floats for the entire family to enjoy! The hosts were very prompt with responses when I contacted them about anything!! This was our second time visiting their home and we look forward to returning again soon!! Our family visits Lehigh Acres often as we have family in the area! I hope this home will be available when we are ready to return! I might add this home is very well equipped with everything a family needs for a great vacation! Great House! Great Pool! Great Beds!

So, if you want a comfortable place to stay for a long vacation...this is it! After 4 weeks, we still had not tired of being there. We had all the comforts of home. There is even a recliner! When you are older, you NEED to put your feet up! My sister and I stayed with my two little dogs. The beds were comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The water is well water, which I didn't think I would like. But I'm telling you my skin has never felt so soft. I didn't even need the body lotion I brought. And the refrigerator filters the water making it cold and delicious to drink! Then there is the heated pool. It is beautiful! There is a shelf at one end with lounge chairs and a bubbler. The water there is ankle deep. My yorkie loved romping in it playing with her ball. She was able to cool off and hang out with us outside on warm days. And that outside half bath came in handy while we were using the pool. No tromping through the house in wet bathing suits! The neighborhood is good. I spoke to a few neighbors on my dog walks, and all were very nice! There are many houses that are super pretty like Grant Serene, and a few that could use a little TLC. Grant Street is pretty busy at times. Seems to be a way in and out of the neighborhood to Route 82. There is a bit of a drive (15 to 30 minutes) depending on the time of day to get to the stores and restaurants. We got used to the drive and didn't mind it at all. Thank you, Sarah and Brian!!

Perfect Place!

Would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grant Serene. We spent 4 nights there in March and would book again without hesitation. The home is immaculately clean and maintained. My husband is still talking about how nice it was to have a grill that he didn't have to clean before using it, as is often the case. The saltwater pool is fabulous! We spent many hours enjoying ourselves on the lanai and around the pool. The location was convenient for our needs. It is close to the airport and Spring training games. Communication with the host was perfect. We had a glitch getting into the house upon our arrival and Sarah was on it immediately and had us inside within minutes. Thanks for hosting us!

Where the city meets the country .....great location and property !

We stayed at this property during the month of February and it was awesome. Anything we needed or wanted was at this property. It was like being in our own home for the entire month. The pool, hot tub, grill, lanai, beach chairs around the pool and many more amenities. The location is out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Meyers but close enough to drive too. Our standards are pretty high and Sarah and Brian hit the mark. It's an excellent home for young children as well. This property has a lot of offer! Don't miss out on it. Bill and Bonnie L.

Nice house, but


The house was beautiful and clean! Loved the pool and hot tub, but the rules/checkout expectations of the house felt very restrictive. We couldn’t smoke outside at all which is unusual. The outdoor shower didn’t work at all. The neighbors were creepy and staring at us while we were in the hot tub. The neighborhood wasn’t what we expected as this house was the nicest one, by far. Expecting guests to wash and dry towels with a checkout time of 10 am was a bit like free labor and took a long time to accomplish. We wrapped up our stay washing and drying two loads of towels when we could have been relaxing. Also, requiring the grill to be cleaned was a lot too. Since there is a cleaning fee included, it was a lot to ask of guests in addition to stripping the beds. We won’t be back.

Great location

We came to the area for a baseball tourney. House was a great location and near JetBlue Park. Immaculate condition, great accommodation and had everything we needed to keep up with the uniform washing which made it a breeze.
