Hotel war für einen Wochenendausflug völlig ausreichend. Zimmer sauber und ruhig wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lage nicht direkt Innenstadt aber alles gut zu erreichen. Personal beim Frühstück leider unterbesetzt, daher längere Wartezeiten.

Sehr zentral. Schöne Aussicht über die Stadt. Endlosweite Gänge bis zum Zimmer. Ein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeebereiter im Zimmer wäre toll.

Hotel in guter Lage, Zimmer und Service den Sternen angemessen. Angenehm sind das gratis Begrüßungswasser und die Möglichkeit, auf dem Zimmer Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten.

Gute Erreichbarkeit des Hotels mit der Tram. Zimmer für einen Wochenendaufenthalt ausreichend groß; gutes Frühstück und freundlicher Service. Sauberkeit des Zimmers leider enttäuschend. Insgesamt aber keine 4-Sterne-Qualität.

Lieber wo anders schlafen

Muffeliges Personal, Habe mein Zimmer reklamiert, daraufhin : sind ausgebucht ! Ich: mir egal ! Dann hat es doch geklappt, mit sehr widerborstigem Mitarbeiter. Schade! Grundsätzlich finde ich es auch unsensibel wenn einem Gast ohne körperliche Einschränkung ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer bereitgestellt wird, obwohl vor zwei Wochen( also nicht Last Minute ) die Buchung erfolgte

Hotel in Zentrumsnähe

Pros: Freundlicher Service, Parkgarage war kostenlos, da offensichtlich der Ticketschalter bei der Einfahrt nicht funktionierte, auch nachts geöffnete Bar
Cons: - Frühstücksqualität - Klimaanalage - DZ nicht gleich EZ
Location: 10 Min. zu Fuß vom Zentrum /Augustusplatz entfernt
Das Hotel befindet sich in den beiden obersten Etagen eines Gebäudekomplexes. Das Zentrum Leipzigs ist von dort in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Abends ist der Rückweg teilweise recht dunkel. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig, allerdings stört momentan sehr eine große Baustelle direkt nebenan, an der auch am Samstagmorgen gearbeitet wird. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, allerdings fehlte an einer Seite ein Nachttisch. Vermutlich wird dieses Zimmer normalerweise als EZ vergeben. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, zu laut, um sie über Nacht anzulassen. Außerdem kühlte sie sehr schlecht und da das Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach lag, war es bei Außentemperaturen um 35°C sehr warm. Auch konnte man das Fenster nur kippen, was bei diesen hohen Temperaturen nur wenig frische Nachtluft hereinließ. Das Frühstück war ok, aber in einem ****Sterne - Hotel hätte ich ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Die Brötchen waren wie Kaugummi, der Kaffee aus der Kanne war nicht gut, der aus dem Automaten nur ein wenig besser.
