First time using VRBO. Found this place and decided to give them a try. Booking was complete and confirmed with usual email confirmation and number. The day of , prior to checking in, messaged the host for check-in instructions since I still haven’t received any information. I was never “booked” because they were fully booked, and they blamed the system. When the host replied, they basically said sorry, system issue, and have a nice day. Not caring that it was very inconvenient and not professional in the fact that they should have been more aware and caught this issue prior to the day of. So just be careful when booking and triple-check if you do decide to book this place to avoid this issue. An issue that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place if people simply performed their duties diligently.
