Everything is converted to self service. Even check-in has to be done at a kiosk. My reservation was through Expedia however, the kiosk was not able to find it. My name and the number of guests populated with no problem however they tried to charge me for my entire stay again, which was already paid for through Expedia.

This was our first time to a Great Wolf Lodge and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the Magic Quest experience, the wall climbing, ropes course and playground, the arcade and the mini golf. Everyone was so friendly and excited to interact with us. We loved the water parks and felt very safe with the quality life guards. The attractions were kid friendly and fun and staff were helpful during use. The food was decent and the basic room was comfortable. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Very fun!
