Lovely house and good location

We loved the house with it's indoor outdoor living. Our party consisted of four adults and there was lots of space in and out of the house for all of us. The location was good too as used it as a base for visiting other sites in the region. We were disappointed that we couldn't get near most of the lovely lake. Although the house was only about 200-400 m from the the lake you couldn't get to it because the land was private. This is true for about 90% of the border of the lake. Remember to ask for towels is you are not bringing them as they are not automatically available. They were provided when we asked though as were from New Zealand and didn't have towels over course.

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Literies et équipements sont de bonne qualité.Un peu loin des commerces tout de même. Mais la région est magnifique.

nous venions rendre visite à un membre de la famille qui s'est implanté en Savoie.l'accueil est cordial et à l'écoute, le gite est conforme au descriptif et parfaitement propre et dans odeurs à notre arrivée, un deuxième frigo dans le garage est un vrai plus lorsque l'on est un peu nombreux, bref c'était "grave cool"une piste pour un petit plus: une plancha pour accompagner les cuissons au bbq serai un confort supplémentaire.

Formidable séjour

Nos vacances dans la maison ont été très agréables avec un jardin spacieux. La maison est vraiment bien équipé et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. L'environnement est très calme et les sites à visiter sont proches. Une voiture est recommandée.Merci pour l'accueil sympathique.

Excellent verblijf met uitzicht!

Erg fijne week gehad. Super grote tuin met geweldig uitzicht,, rondom afgezet dus perfect met honden. erg mooi meer dichtbij. Leuk om een rondje om het meer te fietsen! Veel zitplekken buiten, grote familie tafel met schaduw. De keuken is goed, servies en bestek is wat gedateerd. De matrassen van de bedden waren wat hard wel! nette kamers verder, mooie nieuwe badkamer beneden. Leuke dorpjes en oa Grenoble op een uur rijden.

Schönes großes Haus

Das Haus ist schön groß und wir sechs könnten uns gut verteilen. Der Garten und das Spielzeug waren für die Kinder super. Leider geht die Zugstrecke recht nah am Haus vorbei und ist gut befahren. Leider wurde eine Reinigungsgebühr von 100€ erhoben, von der bei der Buchung keine Rede war. Handtücher kosten auch extra.

Logement conforme au descriptif, spacieux, bien équipé (intérieur et extérieur), très propre. Un excellent accueil de Mme Vuillermet. Seul regret: lac proche, mais les accès sont privatifs. La plage la plus proche nécessite un moyen de locomotion.

Parfait

Grosse surprise pour mettre dans l'ambiance à l'arrivée, on se rejoignait pour une réunion familiale, une sorte de petit Noël décalé. Eh bien le sapin énorme était là. Tout était propre, au niveau du matériel disponible il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut (appareil à raclette, fondue, pas mal de plats et marmites pour cuisiner). La cheminée gros plus très sympa. La propriété est très grande, clôturée de partout, un composteur à disposition, une mini véranda qui nous a bien servi pour entreposer les chaussures et les affaires pour les deux chiens. Sincèrement rien à redire, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, cet endroit est vraiment à recommander.

Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz

Das Haus und das Anwesen sind sehr schon angelegt und eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist in gutem Zustand und ziemlich neu. Die Küchen-Ausstattung (Besteck, Geschirr, Messer, etc.) ist bunt gemischt aber relativ vollständig. Von vielen Teilen gibt es so viele, dass wir zu Anfang erstmal alle überzähligen Teile aussortiert haben für etwas mehr Platz in den Schränken und Schubladen. Eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Laden sind in ca. 3km Entfernung erreichbar, mehrere Supermärkte dann in ca. 10km. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants um den See herum, aber ansonsten nicht viel. Daher fand das Abendprogramm eher im Haus bzw. im Garten statt, was aber mit zwei Familien auch sehr schön war. Im nahegelegenen See darf nur an offiziellen Badestränden gebadet werden (2,50 EUR Eintritt). Der nächstgelegene ist ca. 1-2 km entfernt, so das man diesen in der Regel eher mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad anfahren wird. In der Umgebung gibt es einige sehr schöne Wanderwege. Wir waren während der Hitzewelle 2022 dort und es war jederzeit gut möglich das Haus durch nächtliches Lüften und schließen der Türen über Tag auf einem angenehmen Temperaturniveau zu halten. Auch die Terrasse ist bei solchen hohen Temperaturen durch die beschattenden Bäume noch gut nutzbar. Für Hundebesitzer ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass es am gesamten See nicht möglich ist mit dem Hund zu baden. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt: - sehr freundlicher Empfang - sehr schönes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung und wunderschönem Grundstück: alles entspricht dem, was man auf den Fotos sieht, in echt nur viel schöner:-) - die Umgebung hat uns begeistert: Berge zum Wandern und See zur Abkühlung Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Une maison agréable mais ...

Maison avec tout le confort, idéal pour des randonnées autour du lac d'Aiguebelette, visiter Annecy ou Aix-les-Bains. En revanche, il aurait opportun de préciser dans l'annonce que la ligne de chemin de fer est à environ 200 m de la maison et qu'il y a une dizaine de trains par jour.
