The communication, instruction, and entry was so simple to follow and prior and during check in which made our family relieved since we were arriving in the evening. The best part was the room! The view was definitely the best Mountain View we’ve have so far with a long connecting balancing which each door/room had a view and door to lead out to the balcony with seating and a table. The rooms, bathroom, and bedrooms were very clean and the help staff were amazing and helpful with any accommodations we requested. There’s a wellness spa on the lower floor with a big whirlpool, sauna, and steam room which my family all enjoyed. We stayed during May so it’s a shoulder off season till the cable car started running and more spots opened up too but we didn’t mind because we loved the view, nature sounds and calamity of this location and would take day trips around and back to our sanctuary. We would definitely stay back here again and maybe during the winter to enjoy the mountains more! 10/10
