Between the sea and the Avirons mountain, the Kaz a Nova promises you a sumptuous view of the Indian Ocean.
At the end of a dead end, and 2 minutes walk from the city center, this villa will make you enjoy the calm with all the local shops 2 steps away.
On the ground floor and at pool level, you will find:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds 160 x 200cm, fitted wardrobes, access to the terrace and view of the swimming pool
- 1 bathroom with bath, double washbasin and WC
- The corridor is equipped with cupboards over a great length
- 1 toilet with washbasin
On the first level of the house:
- A beautiful and large living room, overlooking a spacious veranda overlooking the ocean
- An open and fully equipped kitchen
- A bedroom with double bed 160 x 200cm, cupboards
- A bathroom with shower, basin and WC
Upstairs :
- A large mezzanine with play and relaxation areas
- A bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200cm separated with a sliding door, giving access to another bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm. Ideal for having a parent's corner while being close to your children
Outside :
- A large terrace extending the living room, with a superb view of the sea
- A 7.50 x 4m salt pool secured by alarm
- A pretty pergola with garden furniture facing the swimming pool, to share breakfast
