Belle Vue is beautiful stone house situated on a hill with, with almost on all sides, a spectacular view of the valley of the Dordogne. A completely new swimming pool with spectacular views will give you the joy of having this Rich Man’s feeling of your own house with private pool in France… which makes this property a perfect holiday accommodation for a total of 8 people. The house is decorated with new comfortable furniture.
Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet but with the advantage of a large number of attractions within a short distance. For example the famous caves of Lascaux can be seen in the distance from your terrace.

Inside
Belle Vue has on the ground floor a large living room with patio doors to the terrace, a large fireplace, a dining area with open kitchen and a bedroom with an private bathroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds, finally there is a second bathroom.

Outsite
Around the house is a large lawn where you can play football, jeu de boules, badminton or just lay in the sun and enjoy a nice book. In front of the terrace you can enjoy the private swimmingpool which will be constructed this winter so what more do you want? For the car (s), there is enough private parking place.

Surroundings
Only five minutes drive to the center of Montignac, where there are many good and cozy restaurants, you can also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is about 4 km away and also are some shops, cafes, restaurants, and the possibility to play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach where you can swimm. Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric Caves of Lascaux (in Montignac) and the charming medieval town of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and summer festivals.
