Located in Lespignan, this 325 m² winemaker’s house offers an independent gîte for 2 guests and two spacious guest rooms for 4 or 5 people. The entire property can be privatized to accommodate up to 14 guests, thanks to 4 additional mattresses and a sofa bed. Each 20 m² room—Kinky and Love Room (with themed accessories) and Serge and Jane (with an extra 120 cm bed)—is air-conditioned and features a smart TV. All rooms open onto a 160 m² garden with fruit trees, herbs, a vegetable patch, and a barbecue. On the ground floor, a 75 m² wellness area, covered and accessible year-round, includes a professional therapeutic massage spa, a counter-current swim spa with adjustable turbine, an infrared C sauna, plus table football, billiards, a projector, and various indoor and outdoor games. Spas and sauna can be privatized upon reservation and are available for an extra fee.
