Rooms are outdated. Staff spoke very little English. The hot tub wasn’t hot. My hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was terrible. Won’t ever be staying there again

The breakfast was actually decent! The overall hotel was super affordable. The room looked a little dirty and the door was so hard to get into for some reason. It doesn’t seem like the pool / hot tub gets cleaned very often.. we stayed 3 nights and the same pair of socks, towels & a can was in the same spot the entire time. And not to mention that each time we had to ask for pool towels as there wasn’t any stocked. Also the garbage was heaping full the whole time too in the laundry / ice room. I will say the staff were super nice though!

The property was nice and located in a great spot. They were great about letting us check in early. Pool was clean and a decent temp. Hot tub was nice. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was slightly disappointing but thats not the end of the world! Definitely would stay here again.

Found big brown dried water stain in front off bathtub that was to big to miss is previously checked before. Also found dried blood smear on bathroom sink counter and later dried blood on the side and tube of the toilet paper roll we used. Can tell walls and brown residue and dust on walls. Have not been washed in long time. Was offered a second room after first complaint but would have been more work to live at that point. Found more things after that offer. Was to afraid to use shower due to over all cleanliness or lack there of.

When we first arrived i was frustrated because I did the online registration and had to do it all at the hotel again. By the time we had our keys the guy at the front desk had me smiling and these days that is hard to do. The people who are running this hotel are great.

Ceiling had water spots, sink was clogged, shower running too hot then really cold. Very thin walls- could hear the top people flushing the toilet or just talking. Staff were very friendly, waffles were very good! The pool was great, kids had lots of fun.

The door to the room was hard to open and hard to lock from the inside. The tap in the bathtub was difficult to use. You would thi k you are turning it to hot but it just kept on turning and turning to no eayer running out of it. There was a coffee maker but not carafe for it.
