Their pillows were a variety of firmness. Which I loved and they were not oversized so you could shape them to your liking.

There were kids ball teams at the hotel. It was so noisy. Parents were too busy partying themselves to watch the kids. Running in halls banging on doors well into the night. Hotel needs to control this somehow. It was horrible.

I stayed for 2 nights for business, and the property is ideal. I enjoyed the room and the view over looking the pool area. We ate at the Italian restaurant, and both the service and food were delicious. I will make this my go to hotel in Lethbridge.

Good for family

Nice hotel, has a tropical garden with a pool and hot tub. Pools are very dated, a little run down. Room was standard, bathroom looked newly renovated and had a nice shower. Restaurant was amazing, great food!

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Had two different rooms over our stay. Both had outlets falling out of the wall and ceiling tiles falling down from the roof. When front desk staff confronted about issues very little help was given. When told they weren’t listening to issues being brought forward the guest service manager on duty stated she would no longer help. For $240 a night this was a terrible hotel in all respects. Will not stay again at this property.

Even though their pool wasn't very big but the area around it looked like Mexico & tropical places. Show gorgeous. The price was reasonable too. Also, the front desk were friendly and when we asked for change of our room to be beside our friends' room, they accommodated with us very kindly! Overall, we had a great experience & we would recommend it others as well!

It is not worth the price you pay for the room. The sheets were dirty on the one bed, the bed in the bag to make the bed was also dirty. When we brought it staffs attention they were less than helpful and we had to ask them to replace the dirty items. On top of that the room was not cleaned regulary the drawers had spits leftover from another guest.
