Pleasant stay staff very good and friendly obviously decor has been updated since last there few years ago breakfast could been slightly better had there been couple of choices for cooked items ie scamble eggs mushrooms as vegetarian but other than that good selection of other items overall good hotel and hopefully back soon
Hotel staff was very nice but hotel a bit shabby. T.V. service very iffy--most stations did not come in consistently and left with about 5 of the 80 or so offered. Breakfast did not include porridge, eggs, etc. looked like they'd been out a while and were not covered.
Nice clean rooms beds comfy bathrooms spotless. Hotel food very good and good breakfast. Staff all lovely polite and very helpful nothing was a chore to them. Can't fault this Hotel and will definitely be back.
Very hot in the room. No fans, no action, no ventilation in bathroom. Shower altenated between hot and cold. Good location close to the action but a hub for stag parties and very rowdy till 3am.
Food in the restaurant was great for dinner. Breakfast was below average. Wouldn't get it included. Not worth the money
Lovely clean room. Very friendly staff. Centrally located in the town. Only problem was could not connect to wifi in the room, had to go down to the lobby
We had a wonderful stay in Dillons hotel. We don't ask for much but this hotel gave us more than expected. The ambiance in the place was wonderful. the rooms were comfortable and the food was A1. This was our first trip to Donegal but it won't be our last
We had a slight problem in one of our three rooms, because there was no other room available we received half our money back for that room. Hotel is great for location you couldn't get any better if you plan on being around the town alot. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Overall a great place to stay.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. In the early hours of the morning some guests got rowdy in the corridor and I was very impressed with how quickly they were dealt with after I called reception.
I would stay there again.
The hotel is grand...nothing special. The bar staff were friendly and helpful, but the food was very average pub grub. The breakfast was greasy & unexceptional and the coffee was terrible. Also, the hotel does not have a car park and charged us âŹ15 for the two nights and day time.
A group of us stayed in Dillons, brilliant hotel in the heart of letterkenny. Would stay here again, stayed on the Saturday night, receptionist was very friendly, excellent bar with music on the night.
We stayed here on Sunday for one night and we will most definitely be back here again. Receptionist was really nice when we got there. We didnt mind waiting as we where early but got checked into a room before 1pm and what a lovely room it was. Room has everything you expect and was very clean. Modern is a word I'd use for this hotel. Staff where really nice and helpful. Sean the barman was very pleasant. We have stayed in other hotels in letterkenny by will definitely be back here
Was OK, average enough Hotel. Was a bit disappointed - I had a 30 euro off voucher that that they wouldn't honour because I didn't pre-book an evening meal. Was a bit pathetic considering there was 10 of us, they still would have made 200+ euros. Also, the showers weren't working (cold water) on 1 of the days I stayed.
