The check in process took forever. The customer service rep was amazing. She was new but was doing her best. No one told them they were deep cleaning some of the rooms, and we were put in two different dirty rooms (as were other customers, so there was a long line of us trying to get into the clean room). I checked my statement twice and was double charged for the hotel and had to call to get it refunded. The pool had a lot of chlorine and left us all with burning eyes. The breakfast was good but the pancake maker got stuck often.
Staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were easy, the only remarks I have are that the rooms could be more clean. There were fruit loops, jelly beans and other debris under the bed skirt. The beds were clean and shower were clean as well.
I've stayed here many times with no issues. Staff is friendly. Price wise it can't be beat. One drawback is no elevator for access to the 2nd floor if you are in need of that. Very clean. Little things like lamps or a clock don't have the USB adaptors that could be upgraded.
I would have given 5 stars across the board because our stay was wonderful except our tub was filthy. I had to clean it out to use it and it dirtied 3 cloths. Staff was awesome though and the bed was comfy and clean! Nice room!
