Perfect for our needs from my 87 year old mother to my 4 year old grandaughter (and 2 dogs). Close to grocery store/shopping when needed and also our choice of beaches and/or bays also nearby. Highly recommended and thank you Fil & Rich for the ease of rental for this newbie who had lots of initial questions!

Beautiful house!!

Our stay here was magical! The owners did above and beyond, anything we could’ve ever expected, and were a delight to work with. It was extremely clean, and very welcoming. I would not be able to say enough nice things about this home. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

The property was in an older, gated neighborhood on the bay. The outside of the house looked scary and didn’t match the inside. Upon arriving, we noticed the dead plants and deck were dated and needed cleanup and sprucing. A simple broom sweep and planters with flowers would go a long way. The backyard had cobwebs and chairs were dirty. We didn't use the fire-pit, but that was a nice touch. The other issue was the stairs and front porch need replacement. there were holes in the wood and the stairs were uneven & worn. The back porch only has a bungee chord as a railing. For elderly people ( our dad is 89 and children), it is unsafe. The inside was clean and updated. The owners left everything possible that you would need for a vacation including coffee, towels, plastic bags, etc. That was very helpful. The layout worked well for our family - 6 adults and a small dog. They even left us Fishers Popcorn, which is a nice touch. We think this property served our purpose well but future renters would appreciate some outside updates. That would make it a 5/5 on the rating scale!

Great Family Getaway!

We stayed here for a family vacation. The property was spacious, with enough room for everyone to spread out. The amenities were great - Fil and Rich provided many things around the house, so we did not have to run to the grocery store and get extra items, like paper towels, etc., which was very appreciated! The pool was big, and there were always plenty of chairs. My son had a great time there! It was a close drive to the beach and boardwalk, too. Thanks for a great stay!

Five Stars! Would Absolutely Stay Again!

Fil & Rich's house was nothing short of exceptional. We comfortably fit six adults, two dogs, and two babies. The house was fully stocked, including spices, paper products, plastic wrap and sandwich baggies, coffee, beach chairs, beach toys, cornhole boards and a full propane tank for the grill! The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was spotless when we arrived. Fil & Rich were excellent in their communication, and checked in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future, and we highly recommend them to others as well!

Yes, just yes!

My husband was born and raised in DE and I was there for 22 years before we moved out of state. We frequently visit friends and family in the area, but this time we wanted our own space. The communication from the beginning was awesome and that flowed all the way through check-in day, during the stay and check-out. We needed a special accommodation and the property owner worked with us to immediately figure that piece out. We lived in Lewes and so location was important. This was close to everything and had the added security with the gated community piece. The home was so clean and had everything you could possibly need for the stay. The backyard was private enough to take our dogs out without issue. If you are considering this property, we would highly recommend. We will be returning again.

Wonderful Home

My family and I had Thanksgiving in the area and wanted a place where we could still congregate after. The house and neighborhood were great for our small dog. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and to cook. Great coffee nook! The neighborhood is great for walking dogs with many other pet owners.

Angola By The Bay

Very nice house and very convienent to everywhere we needed to be. The house was in good shape, the community was great and we totally enjoyed our stay. All the extra little ammenities, cooking untensils, spices, coffee maker, toaster etc and the Options on the TV's. Would of loved to of had my boat. I did get out on the paddle board and enjoyed it.

Relaxing Getaway

We immensely enjoyed this beautiful property. Every detail was thought of, this made packing and vacationing so much more enjoyable. The back yard was super enjoyable in the early morning, the development lent itself to peaceful morning walks. The kids liked the pool and everything was accessible with just a short drive. Will definitely be coming back.
