This is a great property with very thoughtful owners. The most well stocked vrbo we have stayed in. The location was also very nice. It's such a quiet, peaceful street. We had some very hot days, but the apartment was always cool. Would definitely stay again.
The unit is very nice and comfortable. We had a couple problems but not their fault. For one, we could not back out of the parking space as our new vehicle is low in the back and hit the street before the wheels did- had to jockey around to get out . As a result backed in upon returning and that worked fine. We did not tell them about this and should have so they could possibly do something to correct this. Other friends that visited did not have this problem so assume it was our personal vehicle (2025 Chrysler Pacifica minivan) that was the problem. We also had an issue with the lock but were able to contact them and overcome it - may have been the heat as the door faces west and it was extremely warm that day. No complaints - did meet Gary and he was very nice.
Located on the lower level of a private home, this efficient, comfortable apartment had everything you could ask for: a comfortable king bed, tv and easy seating, a small kitchen and laundry and walk in shower in the bath. The hosts have thought of everything from toiletries, first aid, snacks and coffee, condiments, hair dryer and straightener, hangers, brochures and take away menus. There is a small patio set nearby where you can look across the river. It was a quiet neighborhood but close to town.
This property was a basement unit of a home that is occupied by the owners upstairs. I rarely heard any noise from above and it was a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious. The only issue was that whenever I opened the door, several earwigs would fall down from above onto the floor; I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I just stepped on them all! Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again. It sure beats a hotel.
Relatively easy to get to. Clean and quiet area. Nice view of river. Friendly and helpful owners. Friendly neighborhood. Easy and quick to get to stores/gas station. Would stay there again if needed. Will recommend to anyone in need of a place to stay.
This was the perfect location to rehab after knee replacement surgery for the first 2 1/2 weeks. It is one level with handicap bathroom and the doorways were wide enough for my walker. The hosts were wonderful and very supportive.
Good location, quiet, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and good light from the windows. We enjoyed the snacks provided and the space outside to sit in the sun.Thank you for providing a relaxing and stress free space stay. seating thwindows
This is a great property if you have mobility issues like needing handicap bathroom, no stairs, laminated floors, wide doorways, etc. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful.
Youâre in the basement of someoneâs home. I donât think thatâs mentioned in the information. Not terrible. Just surprising and a little strange. It was clean, but smelled musty, kind of old. It was a nice enough place, just be aware, itâs someoneâs basement.
It was a lovely place to stay while I was in town working at the mill. The folks upstairs were very quiet and the room was spacious and comfortable. The recliner was so comfy I fell asleep in it twice on accident.
