My friend and I thought we had a full oven in our room when we noticed we just had a cook top we called to see if they had a way for us to cook the dinner we had brought with us. The woman at the front desk quickly upgraded our room to a suite with a full working oven. Staff was very nice and super helpful. We will 100% be back next year!

Everything was great except we didnt have body wash/soap in shower when we arrived. The pillows are pretty lofty which I found a little uncomfortable. Staff was super nice and it was very quiet.

The staff was amazing, from check in to check out. Breakfast offered something for everyone including hot items and the usual continental items and the breakfast staff was friendly and kept the area very clean. Our suite, as well as the common areas were very clean and quiet.

This is a great, functional, place to stay if you are visiting Bates College. While it does overlook a Subaru dealership and an Olive Garden it is only 5 minutes from Bates and amidst every large discount store in the area, which was quite convenient for us. The staff is excellent. The only negative would be that they could use some more fresh fruit at the buffet other than the standard apples and bananas, and coffee is not strong. The suites are nice and I would stay there again for sure.
