I expect people at a desk to know basic directions for the area around the property. The man who checked me in didn't know anything, and I discovered the street I was asking about was the intersecting street with the one the motel was on!

The lady at the front desk gives excellent service

Comfy bed, nutritious breakfast, and excellent service from staff--the lady at the front desk is always super-helpful. I suggest repairing the bathroom door in room 209 before multiple people use it (not an issue for this solo traveler).

Think twice

We were ther for my father's celebration of life. The support staff was okay; the management is unreasonable. The room was adequate. But for a party of four they only give you 3 towels and 2 wash clothes. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. BUT, YOU BETTER NOT THINK ABOUT TAKING BREAKFAST ITEMS BACK TO YOUR ROOM. I did not enjoy being lectured to as a child for bring 2 plates of 2 bagels, 2 omelets, and 2 waffles to our room. I was told this is not allowed and "this will make a mess, and you will attract ants" please do not do it again. If they are so interested in keeping the room clean, why did they not care to clean the stains and white goo off the fabric chair. This is the first time I have ever been told not to do that by any hotel chain, including Marriott & Hilton. We arrived at 2am that morning after a long day of delayed flights. The breakfast stops at 9am and we had just woken up at 840am. I thought I would at least grab a little bit of food before it was put up so we could get showered and dressed and not continue to starve. Also, there are only 8 tables and 16 chairs, which is not enough for the always packed breakfast area. One morning I stood to eat my food, as there was nowhere to sit, in fear of being yelled at again for taking food back to my room. Never mind the countless people at night who were ordering Door Dash and eating that in their room. The TV remote didn't work and it wasn't even the correct remote for the TV.
