We have stayed here several times before but not in 6-7 years and enjoyed it. This time was a disappointment. The room was not well maintained, including the noisy heating system, a running toilet and a window with a large gap allowing the elements. Breakfast was a disappointment as items were not replenished so it was somewhat of a sparse meal.

I brought my granddaughter there to swim. This hotel is billed as an indoor pool. The water was too cold to swim in. The clerk said they were telling customers that the pool wasn’t open but people were canceling their reservations so they were told not to tell people anymore. That is so dishonest. I will never use one of your hotels again.

The stay was okay. The stay in most of Americans hotels are mediocre. Don’t get me wrong the rooms were very clean so the house keeping was doing an excellent job but you need to have good staff in breakfast
