Room views were amazing. Staff was top notch. We stayed after the Kevin Gates concert so we didn’t have to drive and it was more than we expected from our stay! Worth every penny.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Rupp Arena. A five minute walk. The room is comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and was quite pleased. Service was great. Quick, and delicious.

When we arrived Mella told mei could only use a credit card to check in with only! So I went back to car to call them and spoke to manager Samantha and she told me that I could pay cash first and then put a card on file, if anything happened during our stay. Once we checked in and went to the room. The air conditioner wasn’t working and they sent an Engineer, he told us it was working. We left to go out and return to our room we were hoping the air conditioner was working before we went to Eric Church concert but the air conditioner was still, When we returned to room around 12 am we called the engineer and he came up and empty the pan and he said something was not turned on. Once the engineer left our room, the air conditioner never worked. We went to the front desk to check out and informed them that we had no air conditioner. We also told them that 2 engineers came out and said they fixed the air conditioner! We are just very upset since we paid over $500 to stay and we didn’t have an air conditioner!! so we slept terribly without, I told them about it at front desk and they only gave us credit to be put on my debit card on file. We have stayed once before and had not one issue.

The AC is the room didn't seem to be working as it didn't get cool enough in the room. Remote to tv didn't work. Once got it to work, but couldn't navigate the channels/controls.
