My 1938 duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms, a pull out sofa bed and one bath. It has its own private entrance that is accessed with a smart code. After we confirm the booking, I will send you the pertinent information about the apartment and the smart door code to enter the day before your arrival. The apartment is located across the street from Baptist Health hospital, and right down the street from UK. Kroger football stadium is only a 10 minute walk. Downtown is only a couple miles away, and Keeneland is only a 10-12 minute drive. The city ordinance states that, “the maximum number of occupants of this Short-Term rental cannot exceed 4 people”. Moreover, “guests are prohibited from allowing more individuals than the maximum occupancy allows”, which is 6 total. Therefore, no more than 6 are allowed on the property at any one time, and only 4 can sleep here. Thank you for considering my place! Chuck

The apartment was spotless and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. It was an older, very charming apartment in a home, very cozy and comfortable. The location was excellent for us. It did not take us more than 10 minutes to get where ever we needed to go. Our host was really nice and very responsive to all our questions. I highly recommend this property.

Chuck was an amazing host and really made us feel at home. We had everything we needed and then some! We stayed for a clinical rotation at UKHC and felt safe walking to and from the hospital. The place was clean and the beds were SO comfortable. Next time I’m in Lexington I know exactly where I’ll be staying!

Perfect place for a girls weekend

Enjoyed our long weekend stay for the Kentucky 3 day event. Plenty of space for 3 adults, it is so cute & comfy. There is a great kitchen if cooking & staying in, or plenty of dining options nearby for going out. The snacks, drinks & toiletries were a nice touch & made us feel immediately welcome. Chuck the owner could not have been nicer & made our stay very enjoyable. There was great communication and he made sure to check in on us during our stay. We are looking forward to hopefully book again for next year's K3DE. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Chuck, was an excellent host as well as a great ambassador for the city of Lexington. The property is in a great location, with walking distance to UK, and hospital. Loved the location and this older home!

Very convenient location to get around to the best places in Lexington! Excellent host! Great communication. Thoughtful snacks and beverages in the refrigerator and kitchen which we appreciated when arriving since it was along day of flying from the west coast. Kitchen is well stocked if one had the time to prepare food while vacationing. I may do that next time. If we have the opportunity to come enjoy Lexington again in the future!
