The staff was inconsistent in knowledge and helpfulness. The hotel its self is pretty confusing to get around. Some rooms had a mini fridge in an odd spot and dome rooms had no fridge at all. Inconsistency was the theme during our stay.

I was there from California for surgery at Lexington Clinic which happens to be a block away. I used to be a flight attendant and we’d stay at Campbell House for our overnights, it was nice to see it updated. The staff were amazing. The restaurant food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Decent hotel but no free breakfast, no complementary coffee, and got charged $12 bucks to park. Room was clean and updated albeit the paint job was shoddy.
