The shower diverter was really loose and messed up - my husband actually repaired it. Mold is visible in the bathroom. The mattress was super soft and not very comfortable. I will note that the towels are nice.

Great stay with very few exceptions

Only a couple of things kept my review from being excellent in all regards. 1) The elevator rug was filthy for our entire 2 night stay and 2) our bathroom looked a bit shabby in that the wallpaper was peeling, mold was all around the tub, and the front of the vanity looked a bit "beat up". On a positive note the desk manager for our check-in was most accommodating. Our initial room assignment put us into a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the desk manager immediately put us in another room.

Next time, I’ll have to get a room at the backside of the hotel . the last two times I’ve stayed it’s been at the front of the hotel and the traffic noise keeps me awake

Not good for me

Very dirty place and room. I don’t understand the reviews saying it is clean. Could not have the air on DT the mildew moldy air condition/heating unit. Windows have condensation between the glass. Can’t see out.
