Breakfast was awful with items missing from the menu every day. Had to ask for items that should be replaced. Staff ok but half of them were under parr. Room wash clean but no heating and toilet blocked.

the reception staff were welcoming and informative, We had a clean, spacious bedroom with all the facilities of coffee, tea, TV etc. The breakfast selection was good, although they had run out of bacon half an hour before breakfast was over.. The hotel is located near a bus stop into Lichfield city so it was very handy for us.
