Spa ferme.... Odeur bizzard dans la chabre jai pas arrete de tousser

Partie à 12h30 au lieux de 12h facturé 30€ de plus. ensuite propreté en entrant dans la chambre un odeur d’égout dans la chambre salle de bain pas trop propre un peux de moisissure dans la douche pas d’eau chaude durant au moins 30 mn. nous avons réservé pour un lit double nous avons eu deux lit simple ensuite la télé et super loin du lit aucune prise à proximité de la télé sans oublié pas de clim donc une chaleur à en mal dormir. Et le spa ferme a 21h donc nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

Calme mais on est pas correctement prévenu lors de la réservation que l’on doit payer une caution de 250€ qui est demandée à l’enregistrement. Et payable obligatoirement par carte de crédit. Attention
