Deliveries at 3am right outside a ramp, very loud, unable to sleep, AC not working, gym isn’t as advertised and I wouldn’t pay €20 a day for that breakfast

Residhome Suites Paris Sénart was perfect for my short stay in Lieusaint while visiting my friend abroad. Check in, with early luggage storage was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend the hotel if a stay is needed in this area.

The room is really big and nicely appointed but the air con system was not working so it was way too hot inside. Unfortunately as it was a “party” quite late on the outside patio just below our room, sleeping with the window open was not an option. So we did not sleep well at all. After a long day driving, the was really disappointed We also had an issue with the shower but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the heat in the room Also, we booked this hotel because it was supposed to have an on-site restaurant. We found out when we arrived that it was closed for the month. It would have been good to be notified beforehand

Lockdown visit

This review needs to be put in context of difficult times - lock-down for Covid-19. I thought the hotel had made a real effort and the staff were patient and very helpful. Full marks there! However, I think a fore-warning about food would have been helpful as international visitors may not have completely understood that there would be no food except a ridiculously priced 'snack' breakfast in a bag. My room was showing its age but was perfectly adequate for my purposes.

Huge and comfortable room, not so good restaurant

The room was really amazing and spacious. Unfortunately the restaurant is not really good. The burger was ok but the fries very really oily. The truffle pizza was super oily. The service was excellent, the food not at all.

A comfortable rest with modern conveniences

Modern, clean, spacious, quiet, safe accommodation. Courteous and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance of a huge modern shopping mall, game venues and restaurants. Perfect for business travelers.
