We just needed a place for one night. It’s a little yucky in that the carpet needs help and our window was not clear needed cleaning and window wouldn’t open. No balcony etc. Room was clean. Had to pay a resort fee and a parking fee. There was coffee in the morning at the front desk which was good but cups were tiny. If I went again I’d take my own coffee mug. People were super nice who worked there. Great employees

If you like quietness and beach access., this one is perfect hotel. Staff was great. Only regret is that they do not have 24 hour coffee and no vegetarian options at the hotel restairant

We stayed 2 nights, never get clean nor get new cups for a drink. Restaurant?? was poor quality & next ball room which held Karaoke with loud music every night. there was not enough parking space for customer . Overall, I was very disappoint.

Close to beach but weather was poor. Did not bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or body lotion as hotel advertised it provided. Bottles were there but the conditioner, body wash and body lotion was empty. Thought housekeeping would refill. However, they did not for days and when I contacted front desk, they forgot to send the body lotion. Room had a damp odor. Walls and windows so thin, you could hear all noise from outside. Concierge booked Blue Hawaiian helicopter ride and Holo Holo dinner cruise. Told me tip on receipt was going to the folks at Blue Hawaiian helicopter and Holo Holo crew when in actuality it went to her(and I tipped her cash extra for the help). Very deceitful! Paid for parking, however, a few nights there were no spaces in the paved parking area. Had to park way down on dark side and walk uphill. Felt unsafe.

The hotel has a great location right beside Lydgate Park. So if you have kids, there is a great playground nearby and some safe ocean pools they can swim in. The food in the restaurant and bar is very good. And the rooms are clean and quiet. But the carpets are old and need to be replaced. They have gone to every other day housekeeping, and the main restaurant isn’t open for lunch. And honestly I don’t know what the resort fee was for—there just aren’t that many activities.
