THE SPACE
This 120 m2 (1291sq ft) apartment has an unbeatable location: only 3-5 blocks from Kennedy Park, and very close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, and much more.
The apartment is on the 10th floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a beautiful city view, and has been specially designed for VRBO travelers, so it has everything you need for your comfort, as if it were YOUR own home. It has high-speed internet, three desks for home office (2 in the living room, 1 in the main bedroom), 3 Smart TVs with more than 100 cable channels (Movistar TV) in addition to Netflix/Prime/Disney+/HBO Max/Youtube/etc. It also has a dining area for 6 people and a large kitchen with modern appliances.

Regarding noise: since the apartment is on a main avenue in the center of Miraflores, there is a typical and natural noise of being in the city center. The noise decreases a lot with closed windows and due to being on a high floor (10th floor), but if you are a very noise-sensitive person, you may hear some noise, especially with open windows.

The location is perfect, probably one of the best, at block 3 of Pardo avenue, which has a pedestrian path in the middle full of big trees, and only 5 blocks from Kennedy Park, which is Miraflores center. Around this park, you will find several restaurants, bars, shops, discos, etc, and the official Mirabus stop, to be able to do City Sightseeing. Larcomar, a shopping center on the Miraflores cliff overlooking the sea, is about 15 blocks away. You can walk all the way along Larco Avenue, so you see several Miraflores shops and restaurants, or you can take a taxi for about 2-3 USD and get there in less than 5 minutes.

Barranco, a bohemian district with a lot of culture, is only 10 minutes away by taxi, so if you want to have a drink in its incredible bars or a craft beer at the Barranco Beer Company, this would be a good location not too far.

Being on the corner of Pardo avenue (perhaps the second most important avenue in Miraflores) and Independencia street, you have all the benefits of being in the center of the city, added to the silence and tranquility of a street. Just a few meters away you will find banks, restaurants, bars, discos, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others.

The boardwalk, or the Miraflores cliff, is just a few blocks away, where there are a large number of parks where you can walk, rest, paraglide, run, etc., or simply sit and watch the sunset.

If you wish to meet the most touristical places from Miraflores, you can do it on foot, since everything is very near to the apartment. There is no need to take busses or taxis, except if you are going to the Center of Lima or the Magical Circuit of Water, but I'd recommend you to take a tour if that's the case. In case you want to take a taxi, it is highly recommendable to take an Uber, Cabify, Taxibeat or EasyTaxi. Fares are not expensive at all and the service is quite good. If you want to make a CityTour, the salespoint and the bus stop is just in front of Parque Kennedy, about 5 blocks from the apartment.
