The house was amazing. The views of the ocean were top notch! The access to the beach could not of been better or easier. The Hot tub was warm and amazing for morning coffee with a view! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is a beautiful house. Very clean and so well stocked with everything a person would want or need. The hosts are amazing. I had an issue with the door entry code and Jill quickly came to my rescue.The location is the best. Waves practically at our door step. Our family of 5 had so much room, games and activities to keep us busy during the rains. Thank you.We voted this house the best we have rented on the Oregon Coast. A must stay.

Everything was as pictured! Cozy home with literally everything you need. They had so many thoughtful items that we didn't use because it was winter and we were only there 20 hours, but I noticed a beach wagon for littles, a highchair, games, lots of beach equipment. So thoughtful! We would love to stay again when we have more time. Thank you!

There are great VRBO hosts, and then there are the rare, exceptional hosts. Jill is the latter. You could not ask for a kinder and more attentive host. She's thought of everything and truly cares that you have a great experience. Pair that with one of the world's most beautiful locations (I am biased, I admit) and you have a vacation you won't forget.

Absolutely loved the location right on the beach. The views were amazing. It was a perfect place for our getaway with our adult kids and grandchildren. Jill was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back.

I have too many good things to say about the property and the host to list them all, but it was a 5 star experience from beginning to end. Jill was wonderful and by far the best host we’ve ever had. Great communication and respect for our time as well. The property was clean and perfect for families with TONS of things to do, but it all comes down to location, and this one is perfect, it has everything. Perfect Thanksgiving

This is a wonderful home, with a short flight of stairs to the beach. Incredible hospitality and communication, the house was well-stocked, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend as an ideal place to stay at the beach - 10 out of 10 would recommend! And special thanks to the hosts for being so nice and attentive.

Birthday and Memories

We celebrated a 73rd birthday with our friends of 60 years. The house was where my family lived when I was a teenager and our friends had all spent time with me there. It accommodated all 7 of us so well. We played lots of cards at the dining room table and gawked at the beautiful Pacific Ocean all day. Cooked all our meals in a well stocked kitchen because why would we want to be anywhere else.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Our family reunion included ages 81 down to 18 months an d this home accommodated us all. It was spotless, had everything you needed for comfort and the ocean view was great. You could not ask for a more responsive host! Thanks, Jill for use of your beautiful beach home.

Wonderful family beach vacation

This is a great property with all of the amenities needed to enjoy a long stay at the beach. Our host, Jill, checked in frequently to make sure our needs were being met. You can hear the surf from the master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed many long beach walks. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful break on the beach

Beautiful home and even more beautiful view! When we arrived there were several whales that we watched spouting and surfacing from the house. It was so fun! House was very clean and very comfortable. Everything was in working order and clean! Excellent hosts, we didn't need a thing while we were there but contacted host and they responded very fast. I can't wait to go back!

Incredible!

The view and proximity to easy beach access alone make this place worthwhile, but Jill was also one of the most thoughtful and responsive hosts we’ve ever interacted with! The place is stocked with all kinds of family-friendly toys, games, beach towels and more, and was incredibly clean and spacious. 11 out of 10!

Dream Vacation

Our stay at Anchor Court was so amazing! The house was everything we dreamed it would be! The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Being able to walk right out onto the beach any time we wanted was so perfect. We couldn’t have found a better location. We have toddlers and were concerned about the stairs, but we’re so pleased to find that there are doors to each staircase that we could close. Jill has put so much thought into every little detail in the house. She kept good communication and we never had to question anything. We thoroughly enjoyed playing corn hole, ping pong, foosball, flying kites, and enjoying so much time on the beach. Chairs, beach toys and kites were even provided for us to use! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We hope to go back again! Thank you, Jill! You are the best rental host we’ve ever had!

The location and place were amazing. Owner was rude and kicked us out of the entire property even the outside part where our car was stuck, right at checkout even though we were stranded because we lost our keys. We found them an hour and a half after at the beach. Owner was rude to the guest and said we were disgusting. We cleaned everything except the grill and the towels and bedding. That is part of the cleaning fee. The grill needs special tools for cleaning that people shouldn't be expected to bring on a vacation.

Fantastic fourth

We stayed for the fourth and fifth of July. It was awesome. Jill was there when we arrived about two hours before check-in. She was nice enough to let us check in as soon as the place was ready. They have a fire in the back which we used to to roast marshmallows. The second day of our stay it quite foggy, but the tide went out a ways. So we were able to check out the tide pools as well as spot a heron and pelican there for the seafood buffet. We also made use of the ping pong and foosball tables. Overall we had a great stay!

Clean house in wonderful location

This is a very clean and new looking house literally steps from the beach with a beautiful view and lots of space. Communications with the owner were excellent. Hope to come here again when we are in Lincoln City.

We Are Planning to Visit Again!

This beautiful house is right on the beach with ocean views. We watched sunsets from the pergola swing and got better sleep than we have in months going to sleep listening to the ocean. The owners were super easy to work with and even left us a personalized welcome message. We had plenty of towels and bedding as well as soaps, lotions, etc. The living room was super comfy and relaxing and the beds were comfortable as well which is usually hit or miss in rentals. We will definitely stay again.
