NOT CLEAN

Tried to handle it without writing a review but they don’t keep their word. Walked into the room with an absolutely being filthy, went downstairs to complain about the stains sand dirt in dog hair in our bed in the handed us the blankets to change ourselves, then walked into the bathroom with pee on the toilet and bathtub. The floors were not swept. The sink was not cleaned. Absolutely nothing was clean in the room.

Great customer service. Clean room and nice hot tub over looking the beach. Heating was awful. There was only 1 base board heater that was 18" long that wasn't enough.

Staff is friendly, place is well kept and clean. Beach directly behind us is amazing. Pool is warm so my kid loves it and I can enjoy watching him from the hottub. Will definitely stay here again!

Didn't enjoy the 36 stairs to get to the 3rd floor with my handicapped friend and dog. Ice machine was broke and didn't get a printed receipt because they were out of ink. But the staff was very kind. Room was great.

My family loved the view, the size of room. I enjoyed the small tub which was helpful form me. The two problems were there was sand on the floor and in bed and the tv kept losing signal.

The property is dated. Base board heating very stained. Windows whistled when it was windy. Ceiling in bathroom has spot where it us coming apart. The view is great. East walk to the beach. No service provided, you need to go get supplies from the office. The people are helpful but i probably wouldn't stay there again

Room was dirty, base board heat, no screens on windows and they were covered in mold, unmatching lamps glass was filthy. My bedding was dirty, my towels were stained.

We loved falling asleep and waking up to an ocean view in one room and the second bed being in a separate room. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The parking wasnt so great, but the room, the friendly staff and our dog being welcome made up for it. We look forward to returning!
