The staff up front were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the property was quiet. It is an older property, but well maintained and felt safe. Convenient to stores and the interstate.

The check-in women was very combative, and extremely rude. She also kept threatening to cancel my paid reservation after I called her out on her offensive demeanor. She appeared to be a meth addict and came off dismissive racially.

I've stayed here before to save money, and I realized that this was an old property with some long-term residents. This time my expectations were more realistic and I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman at the desk where I registered was incredibly hospitable, and the room was clean and had everything a solo traveler would need. I brought along a "noise" machine that masked exterior noises which was helpful considering the main railroad tracks just across a busy highway next to the hotel. I had no problems as a result, but it is a noisy neighborhood so be aware. I saved a ton of money, and I would stay there again - and I will.

Get those doors and locks fixed.

We couldn't even get into the room. The key worked and the lock light turned green, but the door would not open. It was like the deadbolt wouldn't release. The second room took several tries for the lock to recognize the key. We were there for 2 nights, and the key had to be reset both nights before it would work. The chairs in the lobby were comfortable.
