We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn in Lincoln. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. I originally reserved for 5 nights and we only stayed 4. Left early as I was urgently needed back home in Georgia.

DJ was very welcoming at check-in, which set a positive tone for our stay. The location was ideal for our needs, and the room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy at a reasonable rate. Although the pool was out of service, we had a full schedule and didn’t find it to be an issue. One suggestion for improvement would be to rotate the cereal options at breakfast to provide more variety for guests. Additionally, repainting the parking lot lines would enhance overall convenience. All staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. We will stay here again when in town.

It was Graduation Weekend, and the elevator was being repaired, so the Host had a lot going on as he checked us in. We had no trouble taking the stairs to and from our room, so the broken elevator was not a concern. Breakfast was always warm, and there was coffee in the lobby in the evenings, when we returned to the hotel.
