stayed 12/12/2025 for a concert at the royal grove. it was 10/10. the man at the front desk was SO kind and welcoming. i hope he is valued as an employee because he’s doing it right. the fresh baked cookies in the lobby???? chefs kiss. the hotel was like a warm hug which was so nice to feel considering how cold it was outside. room was super clean and comfortable. breakfast was good!! free breakfast, free parking, decent nightly rate, friendly staff, good location. can’t beat it. would 100% stay again.

Very clean lobby, breakfast area and room. Our room was relatively quiet, considering the hotel is near I-80. However, our room 222 was away from the trucks parked in lot next door, running overnight. We were given an accessible king room, probably all that was available since we checked in after 9pm with a reservation. Handicapped shower was less than ideal, spraying water all over bathroom floor due to loose, short shower curtain. Breakfast was pretty good.
