We had mold all over shower curtain woke to a coroach crawling on me then i found a nother one crawling in the bed. I fid take it to office and tell them i would appreciate if i got some of my room refunded back to me

Room we were given at first had mold in the shower and a long the floor boards. Asked for a different room and it was much better. Was asked if we used something in the moldy room when we asked for a switch which made me question if they are going to address the issue.

I loke how quiet everything isband how clean the room was. The only issue I have is the toilet needs some caulk at the bottom base, it moves too much, other than that things were great.

Upon arrival, man upfront was not able to check me in so I had to wait for another person. This same person barked and taunted at my dog when I took my dog outside to use the bathroom. Very unprofessional

Won’t stay again

We checked in as a group of 6. Got to the room but no linens for the hide away bed and not enough towels so i went sown to get them. After getting ready for bed we encountered a plugged toilet. Went down and the gentleman said come back in 10 min and i will tell you if housekeeping is coming or if you will be moved to a different room. 10 minutes later we’re given a different room key. That key didn’t work, went downstairs and he re-activated it but it still didn’t work. Went downstairs again and was given a key to yet another room and it worked. The hide away couch bed had a very thin mattress but the regular beds were very comfy.

Great rate and location! Offered a continental breakfast too! Only cons, mattresses were horribly uncomfortable and the place was muggy, lots of moisture trapped in there. As an hvac guy, i couldnt tell if the pool dehumidifier was t working or if it was our ptac unit in the room. I cleaned the filters in our room and that helped a little but just muggy was all.

property was advertisd on Expedia for about $65per night. Sounded good so we went there and the grumpy man at the counter told us it would be $189. When I told him it was advertised for $65 online, He said, OK go book it online which we did. The price came out to be $89 plus taxes and fees for just over $102. I think the advertising on the internet is extremely deceptive

Property shows wear. 1st room we checked into had not been properly cleaned, there was trash accumulated under the bed, tub didnt drain, and TV would not work. I notified front desk and was told I would get another room when I returned for the day. When I returned in the evening, the person at the desk knew nothing of my complaints and voiced the inconvenience it caused to give me a different room.
