Super convenient location, and excellent amenities
The property is so convenient to the University, Haymarket area, literally minutes from anywhere we needed to go. There is a yummy coffee shop on the street level. Easy access to the building/unit. The unit is just as pictures show... Clean and modern style and amenities. Loading zone and meters for parking just out front, with parking garage half a block away. Some street noise, but wasn't terrible for us. Note that the unit has two excellent king beds, but while the modular sofa can be put together to sleep on, it would be best for children rather than adults. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity! Really pleased with this property.
Beds were super comfortable. If you plan on cooking be sure to bring your own salt & pepper, spices & ingredients needed as the kitchen is not stocked with basic pantry essentials. The sectional sofa was not the most comfortable but was trendy & stylish. If you plan to stay downtown be prepared for late night city vibes & loud traffic noises especially on the weekends. Location was good - close to campus, Haymarket district, dining, bars & entertainment. Be prepared to pay metered parking or park a couple clocks away for a parking garage. The first hour is free. Thereâs a 30 min loading spot in front of the building but was often occupied. Ask for a late check out as the cleaning crew may come early. Overall a nice comfortable place to stay.
The condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room to hangout together & separate bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. Close to campus & Haymarket. Parking worked out great. Would definitely stay here again
We booked a 3 night stay for back to school shopping and the zoo with our kiddos. Our location was very clean and modern. We would definitely stay again.
Brett's unit was perfect for a long weekend in Lincoln. Close to everything and the unit itself was perfect. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit
We spent Easter weekend visiting our daughter who is a UNL student. The condo comfortable and close to everything! Brett was an amazing host and super responsive whenever I reached out. We will stay here again.
This rental was the perfect location for anything happening downtown. We were able to park our vehicle in the suggested parking garage and walk to Pinnacle and all of the Haymarket area with ease. It is convenient to have The Mill Coffee House as part of the building. The secure entry into the building was flawless. The couch was super comfy to wind down in the evenings. It was great to have all of the amenities. I would highly recommend this condo vs a hotel any day.
2 out of the 3 times trying to enter the building were failed attempts. Had it not been for a delivery and another person entering the building another time we would not have been able to get in.
ON my end I did NOT figure out you meant the thread in the VRBO messages. It wasn't until later that I figured that out (at the coffee shop later on 11th) Again, I was looking for an email and it wasn't until later that Brett texted with another code.
That all was very frustrating and caused us to not be able to get into the unit until 5:00.
All in all the place was fine. Very close to the Lied. It was quiet enough but getting in was nerve racking and a little weird getting in by 3rd party people (security issue perhaps for other owners??)
Perfect walking distance gem located near the Hay Market, Capitol, University. Clean, comfy, quiet, chic modern apartment as in photos. Bedrooms divided and wifi good. Host had everything a guest might need. Parked in a garage nearby and used the loading/unloading zone in front of building. Enjoyed our stay!
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 teen boys. We were in town for a college visit and football game. The location was within walking distance to campus and next to the Haymarket district where we walked to dinner. Everything was spotless and new. The only meal we made was breakfast but the condo had all the pans we needed for that. Plenty of glasses, coffee mugs, etc. Was thankful for the Keurig and plenty of coffee. Two large king beds and pillows that were very comfortable. One person slept on the sofa. Bathrooms were very clean and had some travel size toiletries that were helpful after we realized we forgot shampoo. If our son chooses to be a Husker, we definitely will be staying here again!
