Stunning House in Heart of Historic Lincoln

A charming two bedroom house nestled in the heart of historic Lincoln. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway with convenient access to the city's most iconic landmarks, look no further. The cottage is situated a few minutes away from the magnificent Lincoln Castle, and less than five minutes away from Lincoln Cathedral and the historic Bailgate area.

Recently renovated in July 2024, the property is perfect for families exploring Lincoln or for visitors in the area on business or leisure. The space is modern, warm and cosy, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including fast WiFi and a Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc).

Both bedrooms have king sized beds which can be split up into two singles, giving our guests an option of four single beds, two king sized beds or any combination in between. The living room has a sofa bed to cater for an additional fifth guest but you will need to request this in advance if needed.

The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay including a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/ freezer as well as a washing machine.

The property has a spacious back garden for you to kick back in and enjoy the summer rays (when we’re lucky enough to have them!), or let your little ones run around in whilst you enjoy a cup of tea.

There is free on-road parking outside.
