Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung. Auto kann in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Das ist mit ein bisschen Übung gut machbar. Ein kleiner Seezugang befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, für den Besuch von schönen Stränden ist ein Fahrrad von Vorteil. Eine Bäckerei für die Frühstücksbrötchen befindet sich in der Nähe.
