Pefect Father’s Day getaway. Just stayed at this property for a father’s day weekend lacrosse tournament near farmingdale. Four dads and 10 year old sons. We couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. After a long day on the fields we were able to relax at the pool and hot tub area and enjoyed night time smores at the fire pit. The kids loved the game room downstairs which was perfect for their age. The owner was always immediately available for questions and was super helpful. Also great was how close it was to downtown farmingdale which was packed with cool bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Would like to be transparent about our experience. Upon arrival, we found substantial evidence that the home had not been cleaned thoroughly, as documented in photos. There was a strong, unpleasant odor—likely from kitty litter—which may have been a known issue given the number of air freshener plug‑ins throughout the property. This was particularly concerning due to allergies within our family.We also noted numerous marks, smudges, and stains on the walls and floors, including what appear to be burn holes on the bar stools and sofa. Additionally, we encountered a significant number of insects inside the home. While this may be partially related to the time of year, it was difficult to determine given the overall condition of the property.Although we did enjoy the pool area, we ultimately spent limited time at the house because of these issues.
