It is located in a very calm residential area, 2.5km from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach and 250m from Santo Isidoro centre where there is commerce.Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April).
