The reception staff was welcoming, the hotel was close to subway and shopping. The room was ok in size, and clean. Unfortunately our room was facing a Fire Station that had a signal every so often.

Clean hotel, great breakfast (for an additional price), attentive staff, parking onsite (also for an additional price). The hotel is nice and modern, very clean, good toiletries. The area is nice, and there’s bits of great architecture, though not particularly walkable or close to any of the more traditional neighborhoods. It’s a convenient location if you need onsite parking, and close to the airport. Staff is very attentive. Room was quiet, but beds are very uncomfortable, and the pillows are quite poor quality. The sofa bed in the triple room is extremely uncomfortable. No amenities like gym or pool, just a small charmless bar in the lobby. Decent budget accommodation for a short stay, but rest is not great due to uncomfortable bedding.

A good stay with a few restaurants/bars within walking distance and directly opposite a supermarket which was convenient. The rooms were basic but fine and we slept well during our stay. The man who served us at the bar was rude however, the reception staff were friendly. I’d recommend for a city break with easy transport options into the centre of Lisbon.

Nice 3 Star hotel. New and fresh and clean. Fantastik breakfast. Reception service/porter service was not what we had hoped for. No help with planning dinners or bus trips. We would stay there again. Saldanha area have good subway connections, even from and to the airport.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it smelled great throughout the property. My room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and I appreciated the VIP treatment with a complimentary bottle of wine — a very nice touch! Parking was an issue since there was never space at the hotel, but the front desk staff was very helpful in assisting me with the street parking app, which made it easier. Two areas need improvement: calls to the front desk were never answered, so I always had to go downstairs for assistance, and the bar staff could be friendlier. When I asked for help opening my wine, the bartender was rude and made me bring the bottle down instead of simply providing an opener. Overall, my stay was comfortable, but better communication and service would make a big difference.

A very nice European hotel. Room was a good size, and very comfortable. An excellent breakfast. A short walk to Metro station ( less than 5 minutes). A grocery store right across the street. A very good place to stay
