We had a great stay here. The location is super convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, which we really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept. The only thing to note is that some of the rooms on the upper floors facing the street have windows placed very high up on the wall, so you don’t get much of a view. This wasn’t a big issue for us since we were out exploring most of the time, but if you’re someone who enjoys spending time in the room and wants a view, it’s something to consider. Overall, a pleasant stay and great service in a very accessible location.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were spacious and well designed.The staff was absolutely outstanding! Every need was taken care of within minutes. The food at the restaurant was delicious, complemented by beautiful live violin music. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and we will be recommending it to all our friends.

The hotel is conveiniently located on the upscale Liberdade avenue with many of the Lisbon attractions located within walking distance. We found all the staff to be friendly and forthcoming. Special thanks to Ines (inez?) at the front desk for helping to pay my parking ticket using her personal phone. The included breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of treats. Our room was nice with two fairly large windows facing the lively street but without letting in any noise. We thought that the interior was a bit too dark with so much black color being applied everywhere. We would stay at 138 Liberdade again.
