Great. Good introduction to the apartment from the owner.. The apartment has everything you need and a supermarket and public transport close by. The only downside was that the wifi was a bit erratic at times.

Perfect location

Walking distance to everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Grocery store, pharmacy, and myriad restaurants and cafes. Friendly, safe area with a scenic lookout at the top of the street at one of the highest spots in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Apartment was clean and communication with host was easy. He also organized transportation to the airport for us. We didnt mind the walking - but this neighborhood is located at the highest point in Lisbon, most tours meet in the square, which is lower. The neighborhood though, has everything you could need if you just want to live like a local!

Lovely Neighborhood Apartment

This apartment is in a great location on a quiet street in the Graca neighborhood. Very accessible to two Tram 28 stops, a short walk to the square where there are several bars and restaurants. We recommend the Satellite Restaurant where we had lunch upon our arrival. The apartment is just a few steps up to a first floor level. it is secure, clean, contemporary kitchen and bath and has everything you may need, including washing machine + there is a Laundromat just steps away (Bring coins!) This is an owner-managed apartment and Joao kept in touch, greeting us upon arrival and showing us the apartment. Bed can be made up as twins or king. Internet worked flawlessly. All in all this was an ideal location and apartment for our 5 days in Lisbon. Highly recommend. Thank you, Joao!

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment with plenty of room. It's very well equipped and has quality linens and a great mattress on the bed. It's very close to two of Lisbon's overlooks so you'll be able to take advantage of the amazing city views multiple times each day should you want. There are nearby grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants.

Really nice apartment, 30-45 minutes walk to everything! Great supermarket 2 minutes walk! Lots of steps all around d Lisbon if your walking there’s almost no getting around that! Great experience in Lisbon

Great location

My daughter and I loved the neighborhood - quiet and secure yet easily walkable to some good bars/restaurants. Joao was a very attentive host, giving us a personal welcome and overview of the property upon arrival. We had a comfortable stay and would happily rent here again.

we arrived later in the evening - host was there and very accomodating, What we noticed the nxt morning was the mold on the bedroom window frame leading to patio - curtains and the patio. We kept the bdr window shut - I did communicate with him by text which he did not get But then i sent an email message which he responded to right away. By then it was too late to do anything we were leaving in two days (and over New Year holiday) The apt was otherwise was fine

Centrally located yet quiet & cozy

Lovely place with lots of great restaurants shops and cafés around the corner. Really close to an amazing view point as well and a short walk to the castle St. George as well. All around a great little place. The patio does not have much of a view but is a cute little place to hang out as long as the upstairs neighbor does not hang dripping wet laundry which fortunately only happened once. But if you do hang laundry best to put it away from the other neighbor’s laundry lines. Only weak point is the WiFi. It keeps dropping out - whether you move around or not. Impossible to make WiFi calls because we kept cutting out. Other than that a great place.

Séjour parfait à Lisbonne

Notre séjour à Lisbonne dans ce magnifique et coquet petit appartement fût plus que parfait. Je n'avais pas prévu initialement qu'une arrivée hâtive nous serait requise. Joao, avec gentillesse et rapidité nous a offert un arrangement qui nous a permis une arrivée sans tracas à Lisbonne. Quel soulagement! Cet appartement est très, très propre et contient tout ce que vous avez besoin pour cuisiner de bons petits plats. De plus, il est très bien insonorisė et la climatisation est hors pair et il en va de même pour le lave-vaisselle et laveuse. Joao répond très rapidement aux demandes d'infos, ce qui est fort apprécié. Excellente location, près de tout. Nous y reviendrons sûrement. Obrigada Jaoa !!

Wonderful apartment on top location in Lisbon!

Mr Nuno was extremely responsive since the initial contact. The apartment was fully equipped with all essentials and cooking spices. Very comfortable for the two of us for a weeks stay. We were able to work remotely as the wifi was very strong. The location is great as there are several coffee shops, mini markets and supermarket close by plus the stop for Tram 28. We will surely return and would love to stay again!

Great Place, Highly Recommended

This apartment was spotless and had everything in it we needed except towel hooks in the bathroom, which I recommend to the owner. The owner was superb; he responded to every question almost immediately. The location was also very nice. We were able to walk to many places (the ones that were downhill) and took a cab or the tram home. Was very easy getting around. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Amazing stay, incredible host!

Brilliant location for a stay with my teenage boys. Cute little patio terrace, well equipped kitchen, ace wifi, comfy additional sofa bed and very lovely host Joao ! Joao was easy to get in touch with, helped us with getting groceries as we arrived very late, (threw in the breakfast essentials for free!) allowed late checkout.. even popped over one evening when our TV wouldn’t start and sorted it in 5mins! This apartment is close to the tuk tuk pick ups, mini market just round the corner, beautiful viewpoint just a few yards down… the uphill walk is to be expected anywhere in Lisbon but made it all feel even more authentic. 25 mins walk to viewpoints if you’re up for a walk and take a tram back if you want to avoid uphill but we walked everywhere as there is so much to take in and the apartment is in such a great location for getting around! I’d definitely come back here; my teenage son wants to book this apartment for his trip next year as we’ve felt so well looked after, safe and had an incredible experience!! Thank you Joao!!

Excellent Rental

The apartment was perfectly located in that it allowed us to enjoy the vibrant Graça neighborhood. Public transportation was near and allowed us a break from the area's hills. Joao was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful with suggestions and accommodating to any of our requests. All-in-all, the apartment had all the convenience of being at home. We will certainly book again if ever in Lisbon.
