I want to emphasize that this property is not a hotel. It's actually an apartment and when you rent a room, you'll be sharing the kitchen and possibly the bathroom with other residents. Although the apartment was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, I was surprised to learn that it wasn't a hotel and that I'd have to share a bathroom. This was quite a letdown for me.

My "suite" was quite large, very modern, well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The shared kitchen was stocked will all the utensils you could possibly need, including free tea/coffee/snacks. The communication with the manager was great; she was so helpful. I was able to leave my bag at the apartment before the room was available, which was useful. The only downside is the noisy corridor and banging doors at night. Otherwise, it is great and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Very comfortable, very clean. The 'four stars' is a bit deceptive. It's an apartment that has been turned into three bedrooms and a shared kitchen. It's very nice, very comfortable - but doesn't have the amenities suggested by 'four stars' (no tv, no radio, minimal toiletries, no room service). But very good value - friendly check-in contact, excellent location.

Great people who welcomed us with open arms, Location is a little out of the way, as Lisbon is quite hilly, You need to clean the room yourself and request towels as needed

I loved this place!!!

Amazing!!! Matt and Isabel are the most welcoming, they make you feel like the apartment is yours, extremely clean apartment, I couldn't ask for more from an accommodation away from home.Tip! Use Matt's app if you plan on touring the city as the apartment is perfectly situated and surrounded by the best of Lisbon. You don't need a car/taxi to go anywhere.

You’re Home Away From Home

Very homey and comfy stay. The space was very modern and kept in excellent condition. The owners are pleasant and flexible and accommodating. The location is excellent l. A real chill laid-back vibe of home instead of the brouhaha of traditional generic hotel environment. It’s like home away from home!
