The staff are wonderful. The slippery floor in the room was less than optimal for my dog, but I spread a [personal] blanket on the floor for her and all was well. The mojito I had from the bar was literally the best I’ve ever had, and the reception staff are also the best I’ve seen- friendly, professional, and caring. Highly recommend.

This hotel is located in easy walking distance from the Lisbon Oriente train station and also a quick drive to the airport. It was a basic room that was clean and quiet. Great location close to the water, Parque das Nacoes and Vasco de Gama shopping centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
